Restaurante Carmen

  "Carmen", a restaurant with own style in harmony with its beautiful gardens and consistent with its sunsets and warm sunsets. Accompanied by the tranquility of the place, it creates an ideal environment for the enjoyment of working in the kitchen are done, using all the wisdom that emanates from the chef and co-owner David Perez Sanchez, better known as "EL ABUELO."

   It has a long experience of professional training and work in having won two editions of the cooking contest "ISLA BONITA PARA JOVENES COCINEROS" on the island of La Palma. 

  A lover of the kitchen, or not, gives an apple tree apples, so it is cooking. His dedication and good work is a daily challenge to be able to express well in each dish so you can transfer from nature with the knowledge, wisdom and inspiration for this dish satisfies the diner.
